How fast do I get my items?

Delivery is automatic and usually lands within seconds. Be online on the right server when you buy — network-wide ranks apply everywhere, but keys, eggs and gems are delivered on the server they belong to (Gens or Skyblock).

I didn't receive my purchase

Relog once and give it a few minutes. Still nothing? Open a ticket in our Discord (https://discord.gg/FnFb5zNdnD) with your Minecraft name and the Tebex receipt e-mail — we'll sort it fast.

Do ranks work on both Gens and Skyblock?

Yes. Viking, Berserker, Jarl, Odin and Allfader are network ranks — kits, vaults and perks unlock on every server, with mode-specific bonuses on each.

Which payment methods can I use?

Cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay — all handled securely by Tebex. We never see your payment details.

Refunds & chargebacks

Purchases are processed by Tebex Ltd as merchant of record — their Terms & Conditions apply (linked at the bottom of every page). Contact us on Discord first and we'll always try to make it right. Note: chargebacks without contacting us result in an automatic network ban by the payment system.
